Health coaching is a deep dive into you.
Your particular situation, and your particular challenges. We will work in tandem to unpack and heal the systems in your body that have gone offline and need to be reawakened.
Feel like you have been on a diet your whole life but it's just not working? Did you used to be an accomplished athlete but now the pounds have added up a little bit each year until you don’t recognize yourself or seem to be able to get back to where you want to be regardless of what you try? Does sleep seem elusive and like something you don’t get to enjoy any more? Have you resigned yourself to just not having the energy and joy you used to have in your days? Have you tried to work with your doctor to find the answers only to be given an ever evolving list of pharmaceuticals to try? Or maybe you find some success, lose some weight but it always comes back. Perhaps you can set a new exercise agenda with great motivation but always find that one month into it you are simply tired, sore, burnt out and the new routine winds up in the dust bin. Are you tired of counting calories, stressing over what to eat/what not to eat…trying hard only to wind up in the same place you started?

We will have weekly check ins, coaching calls and 24/7(ish) email and text support
