Run specific training
Run specific training is a monthly recurring run coaching program designed for endurance athletes who want to achieve their best.
Our philosophy is simple - we believe that running can be a beautiful and sustainable lifelong pursuit. Unfortunately this is not the normal experience that most runners have. In any given year, half of the runners in the US experience some sort of running injury. Over training, incorrect training methods, poor mobility, nutrition, hydration, etc.. there is a long list of things that all play a huge role in that experience. At Peak Health we have spent the last ten years trying to change that. We believe running can be uplifting, empowering, injury free and deeply satisfying for a lifetime.. and we can show you how.
Whether you are a curious beginner who wants to get started off right, a casual runner looking to accomplish their first marathon, or a seasoned veteran who is interested in running 100 miles or beyond this is the program for you.
